Papaya Oat Smoothie

Papaya Oat Smoothie is nutritious anti-inflammatory milkshake with goodness of turmeric, flaxseeds and oat milk. Serve this smoothie as a part of breakfast or for snacking .

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Papaya
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 300 ml Oats Milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 pinch of Flaxseed Powder
  • 1.5-2 Tbsp Honey or as required

Instructions

  • Into a blender add , fully ripe chilled cut papaya , turmeric powder , cinnamon powder , vanilla essence and 150 ml of oat mil and blend.
  • Check for consistency, add remaining 150 ml of oat milk, sweetener and blend to thick shake.
  • Depending on the sweetness of the papaya fruit, adjust the sweetness. I use raw honey, Vegan’s can use Maple or Agave Syrup .
  • Sprinkle roasted flaxseed powder , drizzle sweetener and serve for breakfast or for snacking .
