Sprouts Salad Recipe
Sprout salad is a quick and tasty salad made with mung beans sprouts , gets ready under 5 minutes and is excellent source of Iron and Protein .

- 1 cup Sprouted Mung bean
- ½ cup Pomegranate arils
- 2 tablespoon Black Raisins
- 4 no’s Dry Dates soaked
- ¼ cup Beet julienne
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
- ½ lime juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Black salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Soak dry dates in water for 1-2 hour or overnight. Cut open dates , remove seeds, chop and set aside.
Into a mixing bowl add sprouted mung beans, pomegranate arils, black raisins, chopped dates, beet jullienes , green chilli and coriander leaves.
To season , add salt , pepper , cumin powder and lime juice
Mix well everything and serve.
- Homemade sprouts are always best .
- Make sure to rinse sprouts before using it in any recipe.
- One day germinated sprouts are best for this recipe.
- I have made this with 1 cup of Sprouted Moong Beans. You can easily scale up or down this recipe .
