    Carrot Orange Juice is the most famous vegetable and fruit juice combination that is used for breakfast. A quick blend of orange , carrots and ginger .

    Adding Vegetable and fruit based Juices in your diet can improve the daily nutritional intake .But before jumping into recipe , please go through the details on who can drink Carrot Orange Juice .

    What are its benefits and side effects of having this juice? Can all healthy Fruits and Vegetables can be mixed together ? There are few basics that should be kept in mind when we combine fruits and vegetables.

    Choices of Fruits /Vegetables / Milk Blends Combinations : Blending the fruits and vegetables juices should be done thoughtfully .     Though combination of Carrot Orange Juice is quite popular , it may not be easily digestible by few. Because it's said that Sweet Veggies should not be combined with Citrus fruit . Few may even develop acidic reflux and digestives problems if this kind of combinational juice is consumed. To combat it's negative effect, addition of ginger and black salt is highly recommended. Also add 1.5-2 cups of water to dilute the concentration of the juice.

    By adding water , ginger and black salt not only makes this juice palatable but also makes it a healthy breakfast juice choice .     Ingredients 

    • 200 grams Red Carrot
    • 6 no Oranges
    • 1 inch Ginger
    • ½ teaspoon Black Salt
    • 2 Cups Water

    Instructions

    • Wash and clean 200 grams carrots, trim edges , peel skin ,cut roughly and add into the juicer.
    • Take around 5-6 oranges, cut and remove seeds, remove rind and add the orange segments into the juicer.
    • Clean and peel ginger skin , add 1 inch ginger into juicer , add ½ teaspoon of black salt .
    • Blend everything in a juicer , add 1.5 to 2 cups water if needed to blend well.
    • Serve immediately or else it may turn bitter because of orange juice.

    Step by Step Directions for making of Carrot Orange Juice :
