I have a moringa tree here in Florida so I would like to use fresh leaf tea. How does that change the recipe?
Muktha says
Hey you can just use fistful of fresh moringa leaves in place of morning powder. Don't use more leaves as it may produce more heat in your body.

Reducing 800 ml of water to 400 ml by boiling looks unnecessary. Better, take 500 ml of water instead of 800 ml, boil the water, add mint and cummin seed and continue boiling in low flame for 3 or 4 minutes (Mukthaji can please suggest how long) and proceed to the moringa steps.

Hi sir , actually tea is made with cumin concoction so I have suggested here to boil for steeping. Moringa is thermogenic in nature ,hence cumin seeds and mint leaves are added here. As you said , If you find it unnecessary you can just boil cumin seeds in 500 ml of water and just add 1 tsp of moringa powder instead of 2 Tsp to make tea and follow the steps. Do consider to reduce the amount of moringa powder in your tea if you don't want to steep in jeera seeds for long. Hope this helps. Let me know ,if you have any concerns . Thank you
