Strawberry Lassi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Strawberry frozen or fresh
  • 1.5 cups Thick Curds chilled
  • ¼ cup Milk chilled
  • 4- 5 tablespoon of sugar as required
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Into a blender , add trimmed and hulled strawberries and blend for few minutes to make smooth puree.
  • Add 1.5 cups of chilled plain yogurt, ¼ cup chilled milk, 4 tablespoons sugar, and ½ teaspoon cardamom powder to the blender and blend well for 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve chilled. If you wish , you can even add ice cubes to each glass to make it more chill.
