About this recipe
One Oats many tastes is a punch line given from quaker india for their new product flavour mix oats . This flavour mix oats recipe has 4 sachets with 2 flavours . 1 sachet with Tang Tomato flavour and another 3 Sachets with Homemade masala flavour exclusively launched for Indian Taste.
With this flavour mix oats , I tried 3 different recipes to make it more nutritious and also flavourful. Tang Tomato ,has sweet and sour taste from Tomatoes . I tried to add Mexican flavours with additional spices and also increased its vegetarian protein portion by adding cooked rajma/kidney beans.
One more flavour is Homemade Masala style , this taste very Desi with full packed Indian flavours. It goes well with everything and all vegetables . My twist was with bursting flavours of Mint , Pepper and lemon with extra added paneer for vegetarian protein .The flavours idea to this recipe was from my all time favourite Indian Chicken Macaroni Soup
And the last and final recipe was normal porridge . But here in this recipe rather than looking for protein portion , my concern was to avoid dairy. So that it becomes a easier diet option for those suffering from PCOS , PCOD , Lacto intolerance. Hence replaced milk with coconut milk and flavoured with cinnamon , vanilla ; topped with nut, seeds and fresh fruits.
